Built with you. Ready to hand over.

FirmLogics works across AI strategy, software, and deployment. The aim is a system that fits your work, with clear evaluation and the knowledge to operate it.

From the first question to handover.

  1. Listen

We start with your actual problem, not a product we’re trying to sell you.

  2. Map

We work out what’s possible, what’s worth doing, and what to leave alone.

  3. Build

We ship the smallest system that earns its keep, then harden it for production.

  4. Deploy

We put it where it belongs: your cloud, or hardware inside your building.

  5. Hand over

Transfer the project work and operating knowledge, with component licenses and ongoing responsibilities made explicit.

Make the boundaries explicit.

  • Honest about limits

If AI is the wrong tool, we’ll say so. We’d rather lose the project than sell you a system that fails quietly.

  • Clear ownership

Define rights to the project work and access to the deployment. Third-party software and model licenses still apply.

  • Deliberate data boundaries

Decide where inference, storage, logs, backups, and support access belong. Privacy is a property of the whole deployment, not just the model.

  • The whole stack

Connect strategy, software, and infrastructure decisions so the proposed system can be evaluated, deployed, and operated.

Know what you are taking on.

Use the scoping conversation to establish the delivery responsibilities, review checkpoints, rights to the project work, and operating obligations. A diagram is useful; an agreed boundary is better.

  • Who makes domain and acceptance decisions
  • Which data, systems, and access are needed
  • What is handed over and which licenses apply
  • Who owns updates, incidents, and support afterward
