Who to contact
This website is operated under the FirmLogics name. For questions about an enquiry, access to information you sent, or a deletion request, contact hello@firmlogics.com.
Information in an enquiry
The form asks for your name, email address, message, and an optional starting point for the project. These details are used to receive and respond to your enquiry.
Do not send passwords, access keys, tax records, health information, or other confidential source documents in the form. Discuss an appropriate transfer method before sharing project data.
Where the information goes
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes requests, including technical request information such as IP addresses, URLs, and browser headers. The contact handler sends your enquiry through Resend to the FirmLogics business mailbox.
Submitting this form is not an on-premises or air-gapped interaction. Hosting, email delivery, and mailbox providers process information as part of providing those services.
Storage and deletion questions
The website does not create a visitor account or store enquiries in an application database. Enquiries are delivered as email; copies and technical records may remain in mailboxes and provider systems.
This notice does not promise an automatic deletion interval. For information about retention of your enquiry, or to request deletion, email hello@firmlogics.com. Provider records and any applicable recordkeeping obligations need to be considered separately.
Cookies and measurement
The site does not include advertising trackers, session-replay scripts, or application analytics cookies. Hosting and security providers may process technical request data to operate and protect their services.
External links take you to services with their own privacy practices. No project message or email address is placed in a public URL by the contact form.
